Refund Policy

Unless required by law, Anigma Technologies is not obligated to provide refunds under any circumstances. All fees are non-refundable, even if you terminate your subscription before the expiration date. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month contract period, you will be charged 50% of the remaining contractual amount, unless otherwise specified by local laws. With an annual subscription, you may maintain access for the number of months paid, along with the applicable cancellation fees.

By making a purchase, you authorize Anigma Technologies to charge the full subscription amount for the agreed-upon term. If Anigma Technologies determines that you are eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees you have paid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you reside in an EU member state and terminate your account within 14 days of payment to Anigma Technologies, you will be entitled to a refund of the fees paid for the terminated account. To cancel your account, please contact customer support:
